She represents an opportunity to lead passion projects designed to make positive economic and community-focused changes in the cities she travels to.

PRELIMINARY CHALLENGES
The winner of each challenge will be presented an award and a chance to advance to the next
round. Each of these challenges will be graded by a panel of judges, which will then be added to
each finalist’s performance.
For candidates to advance to the second round at the global finals, they
must finish at the top tier of any one of the challenges. In case a candidate finishes top in more than
1 challenge, the next in line will be selected.
